People think I’m crazy when I tell them I still drive to Toledo from Columbus to my dentist appointments.  First, I tell them about my past experience with a dentist that made me very afraid to ever go back in the chair.  Then I explain how very patient and gentle my dentist and his assistants are with me. It has been a long, long, long time since I have been WOWed! It happened today at the dentist office, Great Smiles. All three of us girls had an 11:30am appointment. Kayla has a cold with watering eyes and a double ear infection and this is all before lunch. That should set the tone. So, we loaded up the car early and got McDonalds hash browns. We arrived early because the dreaded paperwork for three people would be fun. I told the girls at the desk if they got me through this visit I would tell the world. Well, here it is…State of the Art and more! All three of us got our teeth cleaned! Kayla watched Dora the Explorer while getting her teeth cleaned. I’m not sure what Maddy did because they took her off and cleaned her at the same time I got my teeth cleaned- WOW! The girls got the prettiest balloons, Nemo and Tinker Bell chap sticks (because Kayla’s poor little mouth was sore from her cold), and the standard dentist goodie bags with toothpaste and brush. Everything was new and clean. The staff was extremely nice including the doctor.

Switch now because this is the place to go if you want to be WOWed like the us.

Dr. Khan,

This is my first email I’ve ever written. I’m the tattooed guy with the big holes in my ears that was in for a root canal and a filling. I’ve never been treated so well at any establishment including restaurants or hotels, probably because of my wonderful appearance!! I just wanted to let you know that you’re a great dentist and you seemed to be up front and honest with me about my messed up grill and what needed to be done with it. Thank you very much. You even made a courtesy call. That was different. If you could be so kind as to let your staff read this and let them know how impressed I was with them also. Even the lady that explained the payment situation was very nice and helpful. The nurse that assisted you was a very sweet and helpful lady. (Where do you find these girls? Plus the ones I saw were pretty attractive.) You’re a lucky man to be as intelligent as you are and get to work with such respectful group of people. I’m recommending everyone I know to your place of business.

It’s not everyday one comes across a really good dentist combined with a great staff also.  I can’t express enough how wonderful everyone has treated me since I first stepped into your office.
